What you provide

You bring

The problem in plain words, and what a solved version does. It can come from any part of the business: a process that eats hours, a tool your team keeps asking for, a customer flow that loses people. We help turn it into a brief.
Sample data in the shape of your real data, such as a spreadsheet export. No real customers. If you have none to share, we make it with you.
Only if the brief uses your own product: a starter repo or a mock API, with secrets and keys taken out. Most briefs need neither.
For a private event, your NDA. Players sign it before they see the brief.

No tech team needed. We scope the brief with you on a call, and you approve the hidden checks in plain words.

We check every file for keys and real customer data before players see it.

Who owns the work

Players keep everything: You can look at every entry and show it on stream. Players own their code and can do anything with it.
A license to use the finalists' entries: The finalists let you use and change their entries. They still own the code and can use it anywhere. Entries that miss the final stay fully theirs.
Buy the winning entry: The winner sells you the entry for a fee you set, paid on top of the prize. You own it after that. Everyone else keeps their rights.

You pick one per event. Players see it before they enter.
